How do I access my chart after purchase?

After completing payment and the onboarding form, your chart is generated automatically. You can download your chart files from your dashboard at any time.

What if I entered my birth information incorrectly?

Contact us at support@truenorthtypology.com with your correct birth details, and we'll help you regenerate your chart.

How do I reschedule my reading session?

You can reschedule through the booking link in your confirmation email, or contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled time.

What do I need for my reading session?

Just a quiet space with good internet connection. We recommend having your chart files downloaded and ready to reference during our conversation.

How do I use the GPT instructions file?

Open your GPT instructions file, copy the contents, and paste them when creating a custom ChatGPT. Then upload your chart data file to that ChatGPT for personalized insights.
