True North Typology provides personalized astrological chart readings including Vedic Astrology and Human Design analysis, along with one-on-one coaching sessions. Our services are for personal insight, self-reflection, and guidance purposes.

2. Important Disclaimers

Coaching vs. Therapy: Our services are coaching and guidance in nature. We do not provide medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. Our readings and sessions are not a substitute for professional therapy, counseling, or medical treatment.

Results: While we provide insights based on astrological systems, individual outcomes vary. You are responsible for your own decisions and actions based on the information provided.

Entertainment Purposes: Astrological readings are provided for personal growth and entertainment purposes. We make no guarantees about predictions or outcomes.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate birth information for chart generation
• Attend scheduled sessions on time
• Communicate respectfully with our team
• Use the services for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Keep your account credentials secure

4. Payment Terms

• Payment is required before accessing chart generation and scheduling
• All prices are listed in USD
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Promotional codes may be offered at our discretion

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice
• No-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may forfeit the session
• We reserve the right to reschedule sessions with reasonable notice

6. Refund Policy

Due to the personalized nature of our services:

• Chart generation fees are non-refundable once charts are generated
• Session fees may be refunded if requested before the session takes place
• Contact us within 7 days of purchase for refund requests

7. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, chart interpretations, and GPT instructions provided are the property of True North Typology. You may use materials for personal purposes only. Redistribution, resale, or commercial use is prohibited.

8. Confidentiality

We treat your session content and personal information as confidential. However, we may disclose information if required by law or to protect safety.

9. Limitation of Liability

True North Typology is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

10. Code of Conduct

We maintain a respectful environment. We reserve the right to terminate services for:

• Harassment or abusive behavior
• Fraudulent activity
• Violation of these terms

11. Account Termination

You may request account deletion at any time. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms or remain inactive for extended periods.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
